Join Our Team

As an employer, we recognize that our success begins with hiring and retaining a compassionate healthcare team. If you love caring for others and want to be part of a highly skilled, supportive team, you’re in the right place.

Our agency provides one-on-one nursing and therapy in the home for medically fragile children and adults who need support they can trust. We employ Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVNs/LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs) in some locations, and Pediatric Therapists (PT, OT, ST) and Therapy Assistants across Texas. Clinicians with experience in complex care – g-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and other high-acuity needs, are especially encouraged to apply. We also welcome nurses and therapists eager to learn and grow in these skills with our support.
