Other Adult Services

Our Adult Services are designed to meet individuals where they are, providing personalized non-medical care that enhances daily living, ensures safety, and promotes dignity.

We offer two core services under this program: Personal Care Services and Companion Care.

Our Approach

No two individuals are alike—which is why every care plan is tailored. Our goal is to empower clients to remain safely at home while easing the daily responsibilities for families and caregivers. With Strive, your loved one receives reliable, compassionate support delivered with dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care.

Personal Care Services (PCS)

Personal Care Services are provided by trained and qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs). As daily tasks become more challenging, personal care support can make a meaningful difference in maintaining independence and overall well-being.

PCS can be customized to the individual’s unique needs—ranging from assistance with mobility and grooming to meal preparation and medication reminders. In addition, clients may receive case management support and have access to a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day for oversight and guidance.

Personal Care Services May Include:

  • Dressing and grooming
  • Assistance with toileting and hygiene needs
  • Monitoring vital signs
  • Mobility assistance and safe transfers
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Transportation to and from appointments
  • Medication reminders
  • Light safety checks throughout the home

Companion Care Services (CCS)

Companion Care provides meaningful engagement and non-medical support from a compassionate caregiver. This service is ideal for adults or seniors who may not need hands-on personal care but would benefit from help with household tasks, errands, and social interaction.

Whether it’s preparing a simple meal, enjoying a conversation, or keeping the home tidy, Companion Care helps create structure and comfort throughout the day.

Companion Care Services May Include:

  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Light housekeeping and bed making
  • Laundry and folding
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • Household organization and chore assistance
  • Activities, games, walks, and social engagement
  • Safety and wellness check-ins
