We Strive to be an active part of the community by providing and improving healthcare services that meet the needs of the patients and families we serve. Through partnerships with local advocacy organizations and community collaborators, we carry out our mission in meaningful and rewarding ways. Supporting groups that matter to the families we serve allows us to share valuable resources, build connections, and strengthen the support systems around them.

We are proud to work alongside organizations such as Brady’s Bridge, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Easter Seals, Autism Speaks, the Texas Autism Society, and MAC in San Antonio, supporting initiatives that uplift medically fragile children and their families. Our team also enjoys collaborating with other providers and community partners who share our commitment to improving access to care, resources, and support for families in the communities we serve.

In addition, we value the opportunity to connect with the next generation of healthcare professionals. Strive regularly participates in career fairs and university partnerships with schools such as The University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University, The University of Texas at San Antonio, the University of St. Augustine, and the University of North Texas. These relationships allow us to mentor future clinicians while continuing to build strong, lasting connections within the communities we serve.

Founded in 2017, Strive Health Services, LLC is a family-owned and operated licensed homecare agency serving North, Central, and South Texas through offices located in Georgetown, Bryan/College Station, The Woodlands, San Antonio, and Dallas. Strive employs experienced, qualified RNs and LVNs to provide skilled Private Duty Nursing to medically complex clients of all ages, as well as caregivers for Companion and Personal Care Services to support those aging at home in our community.

In 2024, Strive enhanced our mission to be an active part of the community by providing and improving healthcare services to meet the needs of our patients by expanding to offer comprehensive therapy services for children from newborns to 21 years of age.
